About the Role
As a Business Development Graduate, you'll manage client relationships and drive sales in your own territory.
1. You'll spend 3 field-based days visiting clients, delivering product demonstrations and closing deals.
2. The remaining 2 office-based days will be spent prospecting new business opportunities and building existing customer relationships with your team.
This role offers an intensive training program combining classroom learning with on-the-job mentoring. As you grow, you'll benefit from structured development in sales leadership management skills.
