* Prepare job offers, contracts, and maintain accurate recruitment records to ensure compliance and efficiency.
* Liaise with recruitment agencies, job platforms, and external partners to expand our reach and build strategic relationships.

Requirements
* 1+ year of experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative support, preferably in a healthcare setting.
* Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills to effectively manage multiple stakeholders and tasks.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in ATS/HRIS systems being a plus.
