Job Title: HR Strategy & Change Lead (Operational Delivery Focus)Location: South Dublin | Hybrid Salary:€75,000 – €85,000 | Bonus & Benefits About the Role: We are looking for an HR Strategy & Change Leadto support the HR function in delivering key projects and initiatives across the organisation.
This is a hands-on, operational role focused on driving HR programmes to completion, managing governance, and supporting HR teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys project management, process improvement, and operational delivery in a busy HR environment, where attention to detail and practical implementation are key.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate the delivery of HR projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met.
Manage operational HR initiatives across multiple areas (e.g., employee relations, policy updates, HR process improvements, HR system changes).
Support HR teams in delivering projects consistently and in line with governance and compliance requirements.
Maintain risk registers and implement controls to minimise operational and people-related risks.
Track progress and report on project delivery, issues, and dependencies to HR leadership.
Analyse operational HR trends, identify issues or bottlenecks, and suggest practical improvements.
Provide guidance and support to HR teams on policies, processes, and day-to-day project execution.
Support stakeholder engagement across the business to ensure smooth implementation of HR initiatives.
Key Skills & Qualifications: Relevant HR or project management qualification preferred.
Strong operational project management experience within HR.
Good understanding of HR processes, employment legislation, and compliance requirements.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, and manage tight deadlines.
Collaborative mindset and willingness to roll up sleeves to get things done.
