Hospitality Manager – Royal Dublin Society (RDS), Dublin | Full-Time / Permanent

Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance the customer experience, drive repeat business, and maximise upselling conference and events hospitality opportunities.
Ensure service delivery is consistent, professional, and of the highest standard across all events.
Assist with the development, review, and implementation of operational SOPs to maintain standards.
Work with HR/People Operations to recruit, train, and develop a high‑performing team of hospitality professionals.
Plan staff rosters in advance of events, managing labour costs within budgeted parameters.
Contribute to achieving the organisation's sustainability objectives.
Support a positive, professional, and motivated team culture.
Qualifications
Proven experience managing large-volume hospitality events operations, ideally in a venue or events environment.
Strong client relationship management skills with a focus on exceptional service delivery.
Experience in leading, motivating, and developing a dynamic hospitality team.
Excellent organisational, planning, and time management skills.
Confident managing financial budgets and meeting operational targets.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
A third‑level qualification in Hospitality Management or related field is desirable.
