Key Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities to drive revenue growth across hotel properties. Maintain and grow relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and key partners. Develop and implement strategic sales, marketing, and revenue growth plans. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify industry trends to inform business strategies. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and sales initiatives. Coordinate with hotel operations to ensure the successful delivery of services to clients. Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and business development strategies to senior management. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the hotel brand. Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address issues to maintain long-term relationships. Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across hotel services, including rooms, events, F&B, and loyalty programs. Mentor and support junior sales or business development staff, sharing best practices and strategies.
