Accounts Payable Specialist Opportunity


We are seeking a detail-focused Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have strong accounts payable experience and enjoy working collaboratively with others.



Key Responsibilities:


* Process supplier invoices accurately and on time, ensuring timely payments according to agreed terms
* Reconcile supplier statements and resolve account queries efficiently
* Maintain and update supplier account information for seamless transactions
* Prepare and process weekly and monthly payment runs without errors or delays

* Apart from being part-qualified or qualified Accounting Technician, the ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable or similar roles;
* Familiarity with high-volume finance environments is essential;
* The ability to meet deadlines while effectively collaborating as part of a team is crucial;
