About the Role
PE Global, an award-winning recruitment agency is seeking an ambitious and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Permanent Recruitment Team in Cork.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
* Identify new business opportunities and work towards expanding the client portfolio.
* Consult with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
* Build and maintain a network of top-tier talent within the industry.
* Create and post job adverts across multiple platforms
* Maintain and update the candidate database to ensure accuracy and compliance
* Perform candidate compliance checks and assist with administrative tasks such as interview coordination and documentation
* Deliver exceptional service to both candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process
* Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions.
Skills & Experience
* At least 2-3 years' experience in Recruitment preferably in an agency setting
* Strong client relationship management skills and the ability to cultivate new business.
* Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and organisational skills
* Proactive, driven, and comfortable working towards targets and deadlines
* Knowledge of recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, data management/reporting techniques and online resources e.g. Indeed, LinkedIn
* Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
* Positive, sociable, and team-oriented attitude
