We are currently seeking a motivated Quality Support candidate to join our team on a 12-month contract basis. This role is essential in ensuring our high standards of quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction are maintained across our warehouse and logistics operations. Key Responsibilities Quality Support Activities Warehouse & Audits Conduct summer temperature mapping of warehouse environments. Ensure all appropriate documentation is in place for newly onboarded activities. Perform comprehensive risk assessments. Manage change controls for Lifescience customers related to audits and warehouse activities. Coordinate and balance customer audit requests alongside the supplier audit program. Conduct audits of new suppliers in the Lifescience sector. Day-to-Day Quality Operations Full ownership of complaint management processes. Actively follow up on and close out corrective actions related to complaints and audit findings. Maintain a clear link between Matrix activities and systems like CW1 / ICELite. Review and re-issue supplier agreements, ensuring response time compliance for Lifescience complaints. Oversee the implementation and monitoring of the Quality Management System (QMS). Act as primary liaison for internal and external audits, managing relationships with auditors. Provide expert advice and support across departments on all Quality-related matters. Identify, investigate, and help resolve Quality issues. Lead efforts on Trailer Qualifications, including ownership of Winter mapping (Advancer 400) and new model OQs. Ensure full compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP). Maintain and follow up on the Change Control Register. Requirements Proven experience in a Quality Support or QA/Compliance role, preferably in logistics or the Lifesciences sector. Strong knowledge of GDP, audit procedures, and complaint handling. Lead Auditor training and hands-on audit experience required. Familiarity with Matrix, CW1, and ICELite systems is an advantage. Strong organizational and project management skills.
