Role Overview
This position involves leading a high-performing team responsible for delivering exceptional client service and fostering collaboration across departments. The Custody Operations division has grown significantly, managing relationships with numerous clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Direct the day-to-day servicing of multiple clients within Custody Operations, ensuring timely resolution of queries and issues.
* Act as primary point of contact for both clients and internal stakeholders, driving service excellence and identifying areas for process improvement.
Requirements:
* Several years' experience in Fund Services, preferably in a leadership or people-management role.
* Proven ability to develop and lead high-performing teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong understanding of the securities industry and its technical aspects.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience with financial software and systems, including reporting and analysis tools.
* Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
