This leading luxury residential agency Property Real Estate Company are currently recruiting a Residential Sales Negotiator to join their team in their Dublin 4 offices.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Liaising with vendors for potential property instructions and sales progression
2. Actively involved in property sales to meet office targets and business development
3. Managing appointments, inspections, and attending residential meetings
4. Compliance with legal documentation and maintaining file management systems
5. Participating in evening and Saturday viewings
6. Compiling brochures and advertising materials
7. Providing exceptional customer service and managing front office duties
Key Skills and Requirements:
1. Minimum 2 to 5 years in residential sales or a similar industry
2. Must hold a PSRA licence or be eligible to obtain one
3. Must have a full driving license and vehicle
4. First-rate customer service skills with the ability to liaise effectively with vendors and buyers
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
6. Willingness to work as part of an interactive team
7. Ability to efficiently plan and organise work time and assess priorities
