Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and qualifying contractors, preparing and issuing tenders, evaluating commercial and technical proposals, chairing clarification meetings, leading negotiations, and preparing reports for approval.
Responsibilities:
* Sourcing and pre-qualification of contractors
* Preparation and issue of tenders
* Evaluation of commercial and technical bids
* Chairing clarification meetings
* Leading commercial negotiations
* Preparing recommendation reports
In addition, the role will involve managing procurement strategies, monitoring contractor performance, and driving improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
To be considered for this position, you should have at least 20 years of experience in related fields, such as quantity surveying or engineering. A degree qualification is also required.
