OSS are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant – Delivery Focus to join our temporary recruitment team specialising in the construction sector. This role is responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and managing a team of temporary construction workers to fulfil active client requirements.
This is a pure delivery role with no business development or sales responsibilities. You will focus entirely on candidate management, fulfilment, compliance, and workforce coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Source and place skilled and unskilled construction workers
Screen, interview, and assess candidates for site roles
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of reliable, site-ready workers
Manage references, right-to-work checks, and compliance documentation (including CSCS and trade certifications)
Coordinate onboarding and inductions
Allocate workers to projects and manage bookings
Monitor attendance, timesheets, and worker performance
Maintain strong relationships to support worker retention
Requirements
Proven recruitment experience (construction or temporary staffing preferred)
Experience managing high-volume, fast-paced delivery
Strong knowledge of compliance and onboarding processes
Excellent organisation and communication skills
Ability to meet tight deadlines in a busy environment
Confident using CRM/ATS systems and Microsoft Office
1 Day WFH after successful probationary period.
