We are seeking an experienced actuary to join our team in Dublin 4. As a key member of the actuarial function, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional results through data analysis, regulatory reporting, and profitability monitoring.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in actuarial science, with a proven track record of success in non-life insurance. You will be responsible for mastering our internal IFRS17 and Solvency II modelling platform, driving further enhancements within consistent and robust process setups.
You will execute IFRS17-related quarter-end reserving processes, prepare group reporting requirements, and engage in actuarial/Solvency II elements of business planning and steering. Additionally, you will support the automation of actuarial processes, contribute to annual calibration of Solvency II internal model, and participate in local initiatives and international group projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Mastering Allianz's internal IFRS17 and Solvency II modelling platform
* Executing IFRS17-related quarter-end reserving processes
* Preparing Group reporting requirements
* Engaging in actuarial/Solvency II elements of business planning and steering
* Supporting the automation of actuarial processes
* Contributing to annual calibration of Solvency II internal model
Requirements:
* Qualified Actuary
* 3-5 years of experience in an actuarial role
* Experience in a non-life (re)insurer
* Proficiency in IFRS17 and Solvency II
