About the Role
This is a key position in strengthening communication, trust, and partnership between families of individuals supported by our services, service management, and funders. The role ensures that families feel informed, heard, and supported.
• Strengthening relationships with families through effective communication • Building positive professional relationships based on transparency, empathy and respect • Providing timely accurate information to family members regarding matters related to their loved ones care
