Purpose
Provide support to the Talent Acquisition team in identifying, attracting and hiring top talent.
Responsibilities
Assist with job postings on internal and external platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Review resumes and applications, screening candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate interviews, including scheduling, communication with candidates, and logistics management.
Utilize job boards, social media, and other sourcing tools to identify potential candidates.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
Proactively engage with candidates to promote the company's employer brand and job opportunities.
Act as a point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
Communicate with candidates to answer questions about the role, application process, and company culture.
Partner with Talent Acquisition team members to understand hiring needs and support recruitment strategies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or similar tools is a plus.
Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of talent acquisition.
Education
Degree in related discipline or an additional 2 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
