We are currently seeking to recruit a Junior Sales Administrator to join our dynamic, growing team based in Kinsale Road, Cork.Looking to move your career into next gear? Apply today to be a part of our success story.Role and Responsibilities:Facilitate the processing of sales and purchase invoices for vehicles.Manage the ordering, registration, and taxing processes for new vehicles.Ensuring vehicle change of ownerships are completed.Manage the set up and administration of vehicle warranties.Liaising between customers and our own in-house departments to ensure vehicles are processed exactly to customer requirements.Provide support for reception and related duties.Any other associated administration duties.Role Requirements:Previous experience of Vehicle Sales Administration would be advantageous, however if you are able to demonstrate previous experience in a busy administrational role training can be provided.You will be an excellent communicator with outstanding administrative skills.Kerridge or Keyloop experience would be advantageous but not essential.Efficiency in all aspects of Microsoft suite.An ability to work to a high standard, particularly a high attention to detail to ensure all paperwork is submitted securely and accurately.Working independently or as a team, you will have the ability to engage with other members of the dealership to encourage a smooth and efficient service for our customers.Motor trade, automotive or car dealership experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.Benefits:Why work with us?At Kearys Motor Group we believe that recognition goes much deeper than just financial rewards.
