We seek a motivated professional to fill this HR Business Partner position. The ideal candidate will possess initiative, problem-solving skills and ability to follow processes in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
 1. Deliver timely, practical and legally compliant advice to clients on all HR and employment law matters.
 2. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and best practice by utilizing internal training and resources.
 3. Manage complex client cases ensuring high-quality service and continuity of advice.
 4. Communicate with clients primarily via telephone, email and video conferencing providing clear actionable guidance.
Requirements:
 * 3-4 Years Experience in Employment Law.
 * Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practice.
 * CIPD Qualification is preferred but not essential.
