The Senior Project Manager – Process Development will work in the Portfolio Management and Delivery (PMD) group and will be responsible for managing new product introduction and lifecycle management projects in the site for drug product (DP) and finished drug products (FDP).
The ideal candidate will have experience in a leadership role in a pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing facility that engages with site SMEs and managers, and global functions.
This person will also need to have a passion for continuous improvement applied to product and program leadership.
Duties:Arrange agreement among the project team, customers, and management on the goals of the projectDevelop and maintain the Project schedule/plan that addresses quality, objective, scope, cost, schedule, resources, and responsibilities - to deliver the project, and measure progress against schedule and budgetEffectively communicate with everyone involved in the projectMaintain a controlled scope that is understood by all stakeholders throughout the project completionExecute prudent risk and issue managementMaintain Actions/Risk and Decision logsGenerate and own the GMP change controlMotivate, support and direct project team members to deliver on project planLead team meetings and cross-functional collaborationWork with resource managers from across the organization to effectively obtain and allocate resources to complete programs and projects on timeEnsure compliance to cGMPEnsure safety & compliance standards are maintained to the highest standardsEnsure financial compliance in line with Business & Financial guidanceSupport a culture of personal responsibility within reporting structureEducation and Experience:Technical Degree and/or Masters' or equivalent5-8 years of experience (including a minimum of 3 years as Project Manager) in a Life Science / Pharmaceutical / Biotechnology EnvironmentPreferred Experience: Portfolio Management, Portfolio Resource Management, Business Case DevelopmentExperience with Smartsheet, MS Office, MS Project, MS PowerPoint, and MS VisioExperience working with Trackwise Change Control & Document Management SystemsThe ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth introduction of new products and the health of existing productsThe ability to work independently and identify risks and mitigation pathways for new and existing productsIf interested in this posting, please feel free to contact Avishek Singh at ****** or for further information.
