As Duty Manager, you'll be an integral part of the leadership team, working alongside the Store Manager to ensure the store operates seamlessly daily.
Your responsibilities will span everything from managing floor operations and driving sales to motivating department leads and coaching team members to deliver top-notch customer experiences.
Responsibilities of this Duty Manager includes: Hit and surpass sales targets to grow store performance.
Keep shelves stocked and displays sharp, ensuring products were always available and well-presented.
Coach the team to deepen product knowledge across departments and boost customer interactions.
Handle customer queries efficiently and professionally to deliver top-tier service.
Maintain excellent standards in store cleanliness, merchandising, and layout planning.
Strengthen day-to-day operations through smart rostering, task allocation, training, and performance management.
Skills and Experience Required: Experience managing in a busy, high-volume retail environment.
