Job Description:
We are seeking experienced chefs who can provide high-quality food prepared and cooked in accordance with current food hygiene regulations and guidelines. Our ideal candidate will be a good team player, passionate about creating high-quality dishes, and able to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook food according to current food hygiene regulations and guidelines.
* Provide a high standard of catering to meet the needs of head chefs and customers.
* Maintain up-to-date HACCP and manual handling certifications.
* Hold valid work permits to work full-time in Ireland without restrictions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Experience as a chef de partie or equivalent.
* Up-to-date HACCP and manual handling certifications.
* Valid work permits to work full-time in Ireland without restrictions.
