Cluster Revenue Manager
Description:
The ideal candidate will be a commercially savvy and inspiring Cluster Revenue Manager who can drive revenue performance, create winning pricing strategies, and identify new commercial opportunities.
Main Responsibilities:
* Promote revenue growth through effective budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of market trends.
* Analyse competitor activity and adjust pricing, distribution, and channel mix accordingly.
* Develop and implement innovative pricing strategies to maximise net revenue.
* Liaise with General Managers and Directors of Sales and Marketing to embed a strong revenue culture across multiple hotels.
* Lead group displacement analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting with accuracy and precision.
