We’re Hiring: Trust & Safety Analyst (Contract)
Coyle Consulting is partnering with our client to hire an experienced Trust & Safety Analyst for a 12-month contract (April 2026 – April 2027). This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-impact projects tackling online harm, policy enforcement, and data-driven decision making in a global environment.
Location: Hybrid (Remote Mon & Fri | On-site Tues–Thurs)
Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Rate: €38.46 per hour
Contract: Via Coyle Consulting
About the Role
As a Trust & Safety Analyst, you will drive meaningful impact by shaping how Trust & Safety operations evolve. You’ll lead strategic, data-driven projects focused on abuse prevention and harm mitigation, working cross-functionally with global stakeholders.
You’ll act as a trusted subject matter expert, delivering insights, influencing decisions, and helping improve systems, processes, and policy enforcement.
Key Responsibilities

Lead project planning, tracking, and execution (timelines, reporting, documentation)
Deliver in-depth data analysis, including insights and recommendations to inform business decisions
Drive abuse prevention and harm mitigation initiatives of moderate to high complexity
Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable business solutions
Monitor operational performance, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements
Conduct strategic analysis to optimize performance and execution
Manage escalations and provide solutions to unblock projects and stakeholders
Perform sensitive policy reviews (including NCII-related content) and support enforcement quality
Collaborate with vendor teams on calibration and quality assurance

Key Skills & Experience

Strong background in data analytics & modelling
Experience in Trust & Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or related fields
Proven project management and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of machine learning and statistical analysis
Ability to handle sensitive content professionally
Strong problem-solving and operational improvement mindset
Excellent communication and ability to influence decision-making

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of experience in data analytics, Trust & Safety, policy development, cybersecurity, or similar fields
