Our client, a Galway-based Health Technology Company, is seeking to hire multiple customer support representatives. This is a permanent role reporting to the customer service manager.
This role may also suit a recent graduate from a Business Course looking to start their career in a multinational environment with opportunities to learn and grow.
There will be an initial training period from 9am to 5pm before transitioning to an evening shift. The role is Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer and employee questions/concerns efficiently and effectively, resolving issues related to the company's products, including complaints, queries, refunds, etc.
* Maintain knowledge of the company's facilities, websites, products, promotions, policies, and procedures.
* Represent the company professionally, courteously, and efficiently.
* Complete documentation according to in-house standards and ensure compliance with all procedures.
* Work safely at all times.
* Report to the Customer Service Team Leader.
Requirements:
* Fluency in spoken and written English.
* Strong communication skills.
* Excellent telephone and customer service skills.
