**Job Title:** Site Manager
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Manager to oversee the construction of a large-scale residential development project in Co Meath. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage day-to-day site operations from groundworks to handover.

4. Coordinate subcontractors materials labour monitoring progress managing site logistics resolving issues promptly overseeing quality control snagging unit handovers liaison with project managers engineers design teams.
The successful applicant must be able to interpret drawings manage subcontractors hold valid Safe Pass relevant site certifications. A minimum of five years' experience as a Site Manager or Senior Foreman is essential for this role.
