The candidate must consistently comply with safety regulations and best practices when working at heights and handling materials. Duties involve lifting, moving, and securing scaffolding components using correct techniques. The role requires proficiency in operating relevant equipment such as hoists, and power tools typically used in scaffolding tasks. Effective teamwork and clear communication are essential, including taking direction from supervisors. Site preparation is also necessary, involving levelling ground, removing obstacles, and ensuring overall stability. Additional responsibilities include conducting scaffold inspections for safety and performing basic maintenance as needed. Candidates should be comfortable and experienced working at elevated heights when required by the project and must have a minimum of six months' experience in a similar environment.
