Job Description
This role involves contacting customers to chase payments, reconciling BACS payments, and liaising with sales representatives to resolve overdue accounts. You will also be responsible for reviewing and collating weekly and monthly reports, opening new accounts, and issuing overcharge credits.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in credit control in Ireland and be proficient in Microsoft Office, including accounts computerized systems. Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years' credit control experience in Ireland
* Stamp 4 Visa/EU Passport/Irish Citizenship
* Experience using Microsoft Office, including accounts computerized systems
* Excellent planning and organization skills
* Experience meeting deadlines
* Self-motivated and able to work independently
