Inside Sales Executive - Construction Sector About the Role We're seeking a proactive and driven Sales Executive to join our team and play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, supporting field sales activities, and managing a dynamic project portfolio. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Sales Development - Identify and develop new business opportunities, converting leads into successful sales. Project Qualification - Assess newly priced projects and define scope and programme requirements. CRM Management - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project activity using our CRM system. Sales Support - Assist field sales teams by providing clients with product literature, samples, and outstanding service. Industry Knowledge - Build a strong understanding of the construction and property sectors. Product Expertise - Gain in-depth knowledge of our product range and project history. Portfolio Management - Organise workload and deliver results efficiently and professionally. Reporting - Submit timely and well-presented reports to the Sales Manager. What We're Looking For Experience & Education: Previous sales experience is advantageous (technical product training will be provided). Background or interest in architecture, design, or construction is a plus. Skills & Attributes: Dynamic, results-oriented, and customer-focused. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable working with a diverse client base. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Organised and able to work under pressure. Familiarity with CRM systems (desirable).
