Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Care Professional to lead our team in delivering high-quality care services to individuals with intellectual disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* To support people with disabilities and their families in a person-centred, community-based, socially inclusive manner.
* Co-ordinate and lead the implementation and provision of quality care consistent with our ethos and values.
Requirements:
* Possess a BA (Ord) in Social Care Practice or be registered as a Nurse/Midwife with NMBI/CORU.
* Hold an appropriate management qualification in health or social care management.
* NMBI / CORU Registration is essential.
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a management or supervisory role in health or social care is required.
* Full clean driving license and willingness to drive as part of the role is essential.
