Are you an experienced Personal & Commercial Insurance professional looking to take the next step into a leadership role?
My client is hiring a Team Leader to manage and develop a high-performing sales team, ensuring excellence in customer service, compliance, and business growth.
Location: Mullingar, Co. Westmeath (On-Site)
Salary: Up to €40K base + monthly bonus
Career Progression: Ideal for someone ready to step into a leadership role in insurance sales
Key Responsibilities:
5. Lead, mentor, and support a team of insurance advisors, ensuring they achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
6. Monitor performance, conduct regular coaching sessions, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
7. Oversee the renewals and new business process for Personal & Commercial Insurance clients
8. Handle complex queries and escalations, acting as a point of expertise for the team
9. Ensure up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, compliance standards, and best practices.
What We're Looking For:
10. Experience in Personal & Commercial Insurance, with a strong understanding of policy renewals and new business.
11. APA or CIP qualification (or Grandfathered in insurance sales).
12. A proven track record in leading, coaching, or mentoring a team within the insurance or financial services industry.
13. Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
14. A results-driven mindset, with a passion for customer service and business growth.
