Key Responsibilities
* We are seeking an experienced Engineer with a strong background in Process Development to lead our team in driving innovation and improving efficiency.
* The ideal candidate will have expertise in metrology processes, including process development, characterisation, benchmarking, research, and selection.
* Responsibilities will include leading capital acquisition activities, specifying equipment, testing, and liaising with suppliers.
Requirements:
* A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or a related field is required, along with 2+ years of industry experience.
* Strong passion for engineering and process development is essential, as well as a desire to push boundaries and achieve technical excellence.
* Experience in characterising CMMs, vision systems, gauges, and other inspection equipment and processes is highly desirable.
