Cost Management Specialist
As a Cost Management Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of a prestigious new apartment development in Cork.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full lifecycle of cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure commercial targets are met.
* Prepare and manage tender packages, subcontractor procurement, and contract administration.
* Monitor project costs, variations, and valuations to ensure all financial and contractual aspects are managed efficiently.
This role is ideal for an experienced Quantity Surveyor or similar professional with a Degree qualification in a related field and at least 5+ years post-graduate experience in residential projects with a main contractor or developer.
