M&E Contracts Manager
Job Overview:
This is a permanent full-time role with occasional travel to other sites. The successful candidate will support the Operations Manager in delivering maintenance and improvement contracts for the relevant area.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in managing KPIs for client contracts.
* Attend meetings and utilize dashboards to assist in contract delivery.
* Drive Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) compliance in all work practices.
* Monitor HSE compliance through site visits and inspections.
* Deliver required HSE review targets internally and externally.
* Support the team in complying with work processes using IT systems and PDAs.
* Have an overview of work with supply chain teams, advising and coaching staff for efficient operations.
* Assist with performance management of supply chains, ensuring compliance, quality, certification, and adherence to agreed schedules.
* Liaise with clients and assist with service delivery matters, responding to queries and complaints.
* Assist in resolving tenant complaints and liaising with stores personnel to ensure materials are available for work streams.
* Ensure prompt communication of material shortages and clear communication with clients.
* Champion Continuous Improvement and Lean initiatives within the department.
* Act as deputy for M&E Operations Manager as required for general duties during absence.

* Proven experience in contract management.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to analyze data and manage KPIs.
* Knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
