Skills, Experience & Qualifications
Essential:
* Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
* Strong experience in financial reporting and management accounting, ideally within property or real estate.
* Solid understanding of VAT and tax compliance.
* Experience with service charge accounting and property management systems.
* Advanced Excel and strong general IT skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines.
