About the Role
We seek a performance marketer who can lead our digital transformation and develop campaign messaging, assets and targeting strategies that resonate with employees worldwide.
* Plan and execute high-performing campaigns across LinkedIn, paid content syndication, ABM platforms and other channels to engage stakeholders effectively.
* Build re-targeting campaigns that move prospects through the funnel and drive conversion by leveraging data and experimentation.
* Partner closely with content, design, website and sales teams to develop campaign assets and targeting strategies that resonate with key audiences.
* Manage campaign budgets, track performance and continuously optimise for conversion and efficiency while owning key performance metrics such as CPL, CAC, ROAS.
* Communicate insights clearly to stakeholders and support sales and pipeline acceleration through campaign integration with CRM and reporting tools.
* Stay up-to-date with B2B performance marketing trends, tools and techniques to scale appropriately.
