This role involves leading and guiding the development of global strategies for a university. The successful candidate will provide expert leadership in partnerships and engagement, international student recruitment and support, inbound and outbound staff and student mobility, and the international elements of the student experience.
The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong track record in delivering high-quality results and developing strategic plans. They will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to build strong relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective global strategies that align with the university's overall goals and objectives
* Provide expert leadership and guidance to teams and individuals on global initiatives and projects
* Budget management and financial planning for global operations
* Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including partners, suppliers, and customers
Requirements:
* Masters degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, international relations, education)
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in an international organization
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders
