Our client a well-known Media outlet in the Midlands, is seeking anArea Sales Managerto cover the Athlone area and surrounds.
Reporting to the Sales Director, the Area Sales Manager is entrusted with the responsibility of driving revenue within the Athlone Area, ensuring monthly targets align with the annual plan.
You will be supported in your role by the digital and production teams.
Permanent position, 3 days on the road, 2 days in office.
Key Responsibilities of Area Sales Manager: Achieve sales performance reaching a minimum of 80% of the monthly goal, covering both commercial airtime and digital sales.
Foster regular communication with assigned clients, actively engage in prospecting, and convert new customers to expand the client base.
Maintain effective communication of daily calls and results, utilising the CRM system and other administrative tools efficiently.
Collaborate with creative teams to execute impactful client campaigns, ensuring optimal delivery and results.
Timely communication of advertising bookings and scripts to relevant stakeholders.
Facilitate the collection of all outstanding payments from assigned clients, adhering to established company policies.
Undertake additional duties as assigned periodically.
