Office Administrator
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled professional to join our team as an office administrator. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
As an office administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate records.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing communications and directing calls
* Ensuring all incoming and outgoing post reaches its destination
* Logistics and inventory management, including ordering and issuing supplies
* Maintaining our office space, including the common areas, boardroom, kitchenettes, and bathrooms
* Providing administrative support to our managers and other administrators
* Assisting with meeting preparations and providing essential administrative assistance during meetings
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in an administrative capacity
* Strong multi-tasking and organisational skills
* The ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise your workload effectively
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
* A positive, outgoing disposition and a genuine team-player mentality
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
