Drive Sales Growth
This role involves acquiring new business and managing a pipeline to drive sales growth. You will work closely with the marketing team to grow accounts for leisure, wedding and events within the business.
Responsibilities:
* Direct and progress opportunities through the sales pipeline
* Focus on driving new business by engaging in lead generation, meetings and contract negotiations
* Monitor corporate accounts monthly to track production levels
* Attend meetings, events and open days on behalf of the business when required
Requirements:
* 2-3 years of experience in a sales role
* A friendly, creative thinker with a commercial mindset who enjoys building relationships
* Results-driven with a strong focus on meeting sales targets
* Proven success in managing the full sales cycle, including closing deals
