Senior HR Advisor Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Advisor to join our organization and play a key role in building the HR function from scratch.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, implement and maintain comprehensive HR policies, procedures, contracts and employee handbooks.
* Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, inductions, starter forms, contracts and exits.
* Ensure accurate and compliant employee records, training records and certifications through diligent HR administration.
* Support Facilities Management requirements as needed.
* Collaborate with department heads to ensure Health & Safety compliance and best practice.
