We are seeking a highly skilled Project Quantity Surveyor to join our team in County Kildare. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all costs related to the project and ensuring that it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

As a key member of the project team, the Project Quantity Surveyor will provide technical advice and support to the site agents, project managers, and operations manager. They will also be responsible for liaising with suppliers and customers, procuring materials and subcontractors, and re-measuring site works and producing monthly valuations.
The ideal candidate will possess a Third level Quantity Surveying qualification with a minimum of 3 years post-grad experience in a commercial surveying role. They will also have good knowledge of working with various contract types and experience of cost value reporting and sub-contract procurement.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all costs related to the project
* Ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

* Monitor and track project outputs, progress, and programme
* Develop positive working relationships within the team and across all departments
