Job Description:

* Support customers through external calls and resolve issues promptly.
* Troubleshoot and identify causes of problems to resolve.
* Record communication, actions, decisions, resolutions, and feedback accurately on Customer+
* Cover software support phone on a cyclical basis and be available for out-of-hours telephone support as required.
* Provide internal software support when needed.
* Set up new installations as required and provide product training for new clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or related field.
* Knowledge of dairy farming an advantage.
* Experience in a customer care role environment desirable.
