Job Title: Technical Volunteer Coordinator
Description
This is a key role within our organization responsible for overseeing the recruitment management and administration of volunteers.
The purpose of this role is to ensure the delivery of strategic targets through effective volunteer management.
Main Responsibilities:
* Recruit screen induce train engage and recognize Puppy Raising and Temporary Boarder Volunteers.
* Plan organize manage and attend recruitment events and campaigns for dog volunteers.
* Respond to communications via email and phone calls from dog volunteer services.
* Liaise with team members and stakeholders to resolve concerns impacting volunteers.
* Manage day-to-day administration including records for Volunteers and contacts relating to dogs.
* Develop programme Volunteer support and management strategies.
Key Accountabilities:
* Oversee rehoming process of withdrawals and retired dogs.
* Provide administration support to Operations as needed.
* Ensure compliance with policies and procedures for Volunteer activities.
* Review update and maintain SOPs for Programme Volunteer services.
