The Accounts Receivable Manager role is primarily responsible for managing the administration of aviation revenue including the billing and collection of rent and maintenance reserve receivables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation and issuance of invoices for rental, maintenance reserves, and other charges.
- Generate and present financial reports as required by management.
- Work closely with internal teams to track and document customer account activities.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts receivable and bank statements to maintain financial integrity.
- Oversee the processing of incoming payments, ensuring timely and accurate recording in financial systems.
- Keep customer contact records up to date to facilitate effective communication.
- Communicate with customers to resolve outstanding balances and address invoicing concerns.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in handling financial transactions and reconciling accounts.
- Previous experience in an accounts receivable or finance-related role, ideally within a fast-paced multinational environment or aviation sector.
- Experience working with accounting software

- Strong work ethic with ability to work under tight deadlines and flexibility to work different hours

- Excellent communication skills
- Highly numerate and with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint

Compensation: A competitive compensation package, including base salary and performance-related bonus, will be offered based on experience.
