Quantity Surveyor
As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.
* Conduct thorough quantity surveys to inform procurement and cost control decisions.
* Collaborate with colleagues to procure subcontractor packages and manage costs.
* Carry out detailed analysis and reporting to support informed decision-making.
* Regularly visit project sites to monitor progress and ensure accurate records are maintained.
* Provide essential information for cash flow forecasting and update reports on a monthly basis.
Requirements
* A degree in Quantity Surveying or related field, with relevant postgraduate experience.
* Strong technical construction knowledge and negotiation skills.
* Excellent communication, organisational and attention-to-detail skills.
