Job Description
An experienced Manufacturing Process Engineer is required to work on NPI projects, improving manufacturability and completing projects to schedule.
o Collaborate with customers to enhance manufacturing processes and ensure timely completion of NPI projects.
o Implement Continuous Improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives and current cost reduction targets.
o Create assembly documentation and provide training for operatives in assembly procedures.
The Manufacturing Process Engineer role will support the Maintenance Team by designing planned maintenance routines for SMT equipment. As needed, they may also perform critical Engineering Maintenance tasks. The position involves providing technical assistance to production teams while implementing process controls like FMEA (Failure Mode Effects Analysis) as part of Change Management procedures.
Requirements:
1. L8 qualification in a manufacturing-related engineering discipline or an equivalent qualification.
