About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a seasoned Account Director. You will be responsible for developing and securing long-term relationships with enterprise clients, driving sales growth and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to your customers, utilizing a consultative approach to account management, taking the time to fully understand their business needs and challenges.
* Sales Strategy: Develop and secure Kainos as a business by defining client retention and growth priorities, reporting on existing customer renewal status while building and maintaining a pipeline of growth opportunities.
* Negotiation & Presentation: Structure, pitch, and position commercial offers that align with Kainos' commercial strategy and goals.
You will need excellent negotiation skills along with experience in presenting proposals that achieve expected outcomes for both Kainos and its customers.
