Optimise Manufacturing Processes as a Graduate Moulding Engineer
We are seeking an ambitious graduate to join our Engineering function on a two-year program focused on building future leaders.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for engineering and technology who wants to develop their skills in high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environments.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop technical core competencies by training operations and maintenance personnel.
* Improve fault diagnosis skills within the Engineering team.
* Support equipment optimisation through yield analysis and productivity improvement initiatives.
* Implement reporting systems for daily KPIs.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to introduce new equipment or processes.
The ideal candidate will possess good problem-solving & analytical skills, excellent interpersonal & communications abilities, along with the ability to work effectively within teams.
For success in this role, you should hold a minimum of Level 8 Degree (Level A3QF-E1) in any relevant field. Polytechnic qualifications would be beneficial but not necessary. Additionally experience working in fast paced manufacuring environment can also benifit your candidature."],
