Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Counsel to join our established Legal team in Dublin. As the Commercial Counsel, you will work closely with the Head of Legal, collaborating on contract management, drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements such as Technology contracts, IP Licensing, NDAs and Service agreements. Additionally, you will provide sound legal advice on technology, consumer and telecommunications regulatory matters, supporting product development and reviewing supplier/vendor agreements in the tech and telco space.
About You
You will be a qualified solicitor/barrister with 4-5 years post-qualification experience in commercial contract law and negotiations. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills will enable you to provide day-to-day legal advice to differing business units and stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, combined with commercial acumen and a business-focused approach, will be key in this role. Experience in the technology sector is desirable, as is knowledge of EU regulatory frameworks.
