SummaryDrive Standards, Maintenance & CMMS ExcellenceThe RoleReporting to the Engineering Manager, you will coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance activities, manage contractor compliance, oversee engineering stores and spare parts ordering, and ensure all maintenance activity is accurately tracked within the CMMS system (Shire System).This is a key role that supports operational efficiency, audit readiness, and engineering performance.Your Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop weekly reports and monthly KPIs for the Engineering departmentPlan, schedule, and coordinate corrective and preventative maintenance activitiesManage and maintain the CMMS system Manage subcontractors attending site and ensure all required documentation is in place prior to commencement of workEngage with suppliers and order spare parts and engineering consumablesManage engineering stores and ensure stock accuracy through daily stock counts and reportingMaintain compliance documentation to support audits and regulatory standardsSupport continuous improvement initiatives within the Engineering functionThe Ideal CandidatePrevious experience in an engineering, maintenance, or manufacturing administrative roleExperience using CMMS systems (Shire System experience desirable)Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environmentExperience in stock control, purchasing, and supplier engagementExcellent attention to detail and accuracy in reportingStrong communication skills with the ability to liaise across departments and with external contractorsProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelWhy Sofina Foods?Competitive SalaryFree onsite parkingCompany InformationSofina Foods isn't just a food company - It's a place to build your future.With a team of over 13,000 people across 40 sites in Canada and Europe, we're passionate about delivering quality meats and seafood products to consumers around the world.Join a company where innovation, sustainability, and customer satisfaction drive everything we do.
