Our Client:
Our client is an ambitious, innovative Multidisciplinary Consultancy with big plans for growth. The Role:
Our client is looking to hire an Architect with at least 6 years' experience, with significant experience at project delivery stage. You will have expertise in Architectural Design and building standards as part of this role is ensuring compliance with legislation and offering design guidance.
Working closely with the client, you will conduct desktop reviews, Site Inspections, and produce detailed Technical Reports using your expertise in Building Regulations.
Required Background:
* 6+ years' experience in Architecture
* Relevant qualification needed in Architecture/Architectural Technology
* Should have a broad range of sectoral expertise
* Track record in Technical Due Diligence activities
* Exposure to Site Inspections required
* Ability to deliver Technical Reports needed
* Expertise in Irish and/or UK Building Regs a prerequisite
* Ability to work on own initiative needed
